Turn parallel agents into a software factory you can control.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll run an AI software factory for real use cases within a working app. You'll start with a PRD set of feature requests, break them into executable tickets, map dependencies, and kick off the work in parallel. After the code generation, we will add verification gates that automatically test changes, route failures back to agents for retries, and block incomplete or incorrect work. Each task can be visualized and inspected as it moves through ready, in progress, blocked, verified, and done.

By the end, you will take a complex set of feature requests from backlog through verified implementation in order to learn the patterns for coordinating multiple coding agents beyond single-agent workflows.
